Continuing on our travels to the North….. we made our way to Minneapolis. Check out the pretty yellow flowers along the road!
We stayed at a nice RV park on the southside of the city, called Lebanon Hills Regional Park. It was very well kept and pretty…. it had some great trails and was very clean. The downside, not super kid-friendly…. but overall nice for the night we stayed.
We found a FANTASTIC food joint nearby… Sotarol Asian Kitchen. This is a gluten free persons DREAM! Asian cusine with a completely gluten free menu. I could have eaten here the rest of my life. And a HUGE shout out to the company and employees working there. It was a great experience – very impressed!
We then spent a little time in the Mall of America. The large amusement park on the inside of the mall was closed, but majority of the shops were open. Sydnee told me she waited her whole life for this. LOL She LOVES shopping!
We had a Build-A-Bear to stuff (thanks to a precious friend! Shout out to YOU, Erin! <3)…. so we took advantage! That was a fun spot to stuff our new bear.
We then drove the rest of the way to our next home-base… The Wisconsin Dells!
